6. MeltTools’ Remedies

9.4. Nothing in this clause shall exclude or restrict MeltTools’ liability:

10.3. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, void, invalid or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.

No single or partial exercise of any right under the Terms and Conditions shall prevent any further or other exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right.

10.8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, USA, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Michigan courts. This clause will survive any expiry, cancellation or termination of these Terms and Conditions for any reason.
